Lotto: Numbers drawn were 3, 17, 21, 26. There was no jackpot winner nor any match 3’s. Next weeks Jackpot is €1,900 and the draw will be in Ryans Bar.
If anyone would like to sign up to the Monthly members draw there are still some places left. Don’t forget that entry to this draw provides full family membership for parents and all children up to 18 years of age. To sign up just contact any club officer. The 1st draw this year will be held at the end of February. 1st prize is €700 and 3 x runners up prizes of €100.

Hurling: Well done to the Intermediates who played Oran (Roscommon) last Saturday at home in Abbey and had a victorious game with final score of 13 to 1-4. Training for the Intermediates continues as usual this week as they prepare for their next game which is scheduled against Athleague but date and venue to be finalised as yet. U14’s match didn’t go ahead last weekend and fixtures for this week not yet confirmed. Keep an eye on website and facebook for further details on all fixtures.  There is a three session course for new referees (both hurling and football) taking place on the 12th, 19th and 22nd of February from 7.15pm to 9.15pm each night in Ionad Peile na Gaillimhe, Loughgeorge. Anyone willing to take part please contact a club officer. Registration deadline date is Thursday the 7th of February.

Camogie: Under 14/16 training as usual, any changes to this all players will be notified by text.

General: Best of luck to Brian Costello and the St. Gabriels team as the face Clara (Kilkenny) this Sunday in the All-Ireland Intermediate Hurling Final in Croke Park at 3:45pm.
Commiserations to Paul Flaherty & hi fellow LIT team mates who were defeated in the Waterford Crystal Cup last weekend to Tipperary.
Congratulations to Martin & Niamh Coleman on the birth of their son.

Pre-show Launch night of ‘Who wants to be a Thousandaire’ is on this Friday 8th at 9pm in The Abbey Inn. Entry is free and we invite you all to attend and see for yourselves what  the show is all about. The main event is being held on March 15th in The Abbey Inn.
