O’Connor Park, Tullamore will be the place to be next Sunday afternoon as Edenderry prepare for their first County Final appearance since 2001 when they defeated Rhode in a replay.
On this occasion Edenderry will meet Clara in the senior decider after both clubs emerged victorious in dour semi-finals played in Tullamore two weeks ago.
The Senior Final will commence at 3.30pm and will be referreed by D Brazil. The curtain raiser will be the Intermeadiate Football Final between near neighbours Rhode & St Brigids after St Brigids defeated Clonbullogue in a replay at Edenderry yesterday afternoon. The Intermediate Final will throw in at 1.45pm.
