Annaghdown GAA Club News 19th Sept 07

This week’s lotto winning numbers were 7, 19, 22 & 25 and there was no jackpot winner. We had one match 3 winner which was Winnie Farragher, Bunatober. Teddy Kerin won the promoters prize and next week’s draw is on Monday night in the Club House for a  8,800 jackpot. Thanks for the continued support.

Thanks to all who competed in our Golf outing in Ballinrobe last Saturday and a sincere thanks to all our sponsors. The overall winners were Martin Fitzpatrick, Damien Fitzpatrick, Martin Ger Greaney and Eugene Cunningham.

We offer our sympathies to the Geoghegan family Cahermorris on the death Paddy.

Congrats to the Galway Minor Football team on winning the All-Ireland and to our panellist Daniel Dennigan.

Our Under-12 Football beat Tuam Stars last Thursday evening in the championship.

Junior C Hurlers play Portumna in the championship semi-final on Sunday morning next at 12noon in Craughwell.

U16 Hurlers face Abbeyknockmoy tonight (Wed 19th) at 6pm in Coolarne in the semi-final of the championship.
