Meeting
There is a Club meeting next Wednesday night April 16 in the Clubhouse at 9.00pm
Underage Football
Under-age football training is now on Sunday morning from 10.30 am. Children from Under 8 up to U12 will be catered for. U14 and U16 teams are already in competition.

Played in Carnmore on Saturday evening, Annaghdown had a good victory in this grade. Playing with the wind in the 1st half Annaghdown lead 9pts to 1pt. Both teams were reduced to 14 men after 15mins.

Played in Cappataggle on a nice pitch the home team totally outplayed a disjointed Annaghdown. Half time score was Cappataggle 1-9 Annaghdown 0-6.

We played two games in the Under-14 football League last week, Our ‘A’ team beat Athenry away and the team was: S Nugent, D Kerr, S Moylan, K Moylan, S Burke, D Meehan, D Comer, E Kerin, D Higgins, J Kerin, J Potter, N Kinneen, I Burke, S Curry, and J Flaherty. Subs D Kerr and S Dillon. We play Mountbellew on Friday evening bus leaving at 5.45. Our ‘B’ team beat Salthill-Knocknacarra in a game played in Cregg by 2-7 to 1-5. Team D Burke, J Concannon, C Keady, B Lardner, M Naughton, L Joyce, M Jones, C Kerin (0-1), M Davaney, R Cusack, C Gibbons (1-2), K Melia (1-1), B Greaney (0-2), P Forde (0-1), R Hegarty.
