Chairman James Bermingham addressed the meeting. He said it was a good year for the Club with the Senior Hurlers reaching the County Quarter Final  again and being terribly disappointed to lose out to Cit. He praised the achievements of the Junior Hurling team in winning the Div ‘ JHL and playing very well in the JAHC. It was a difficult year for football with an early year saga involving four c.ship games in 5 weeks. The Club Development has progressed very well and we now have top class training facilities. Further Development work will proceed as Finance will allow.  James thanked all who had helped in any way with the bride Rovers Club during the year.
A discussion on the state of Football in the club took place with many views being expressed.
