U16 Ladies Football
East Cork League, Saturday, February 23.
Bride Rovers 6-16 Rockban 6-4.
It was agreed to field 13-a-side teams for this fixture at Pynes last Saturday and a high-scoring match was always a possibility in the circumstances.
Bride Rovers had the better of the first half and led 3-8 to 0-1 at half-time. Remarkably, we also scored 3-8 in the second half when Rockban also came into the game and put up some good scores also. We had an excellent turn-out of players for this match, all of whom enjoyed a good amount of game-time, which was fantastic to see and let’s hope that continues because a strong panel will be required throughout the season.

First Friday Clothes Collection
The Bride Rovers ladies clothes collection continues on Friday, March 1, 7pm to 7:30pm, at Rathcormac Community Hall. Thanks very much for your support which is very much appreciated.
