Bride Rovers Ladies Football and Camogie Club AGM

 
The AGM of the club was held in the clubrooms on Wednesday, January 26th. There was a very high turnout for the meeting this year which was great to see and it was even better to see some new faces taking over some of the positions which are so essential to the successful running of the club. Chairman Richie O’Regan addressed the meeting, followed by the secretary’s report from outgoing secretary Imelda Dorgan and the treasurer’s report from outgoing treasurer Valerie Culloty.

The next item on the agenda was the election of officers and delegates which was chaired by James Bermingham, chairman of Bride Rovers Hurling and Football Club.

 

The officers for 2011 are :

President : Jane O’Driscoll.

Chairperson : Richie O’Regan.

Asst. Chairperson : Ann Forde.

Secretary : Colette Murphy.

Asst. Secretary : Imelda Dorgan.

Treasurer : Corina Broderick.

Asst. Treasurer : Valerie Culloty.

PRO : Pat Culloty

Registrar : Rita Kelliher.

Camogie Secretary : Clare O’Flynn.

Child Protection Officer : Katie Kelliher.

 

Ladies Football County Board Delegates :              Ann Forde, Kathleen Kearney, Irene Hogan, Bridget Forde.

Ladies Football East Cork Board Delegates :          Shirley Johnson and Pauline Hazelwood.

 

Camogie County Board Delegates :          Richie O’Regan and May Barry.

Condolences

 

The club would like to offer sympathies to the Fitzgerald family on their recent bereavement. As a mark of respect, the presentation night for the 2010 East Cork Junior A Championship medals was postponed until a later date in O Coileain’s bar.
