Club Anniversary Celebrations

80th Anniversary Commemeration.

The club is holding a special mass on Friday to mark the 80th anniversary of the founding of the club in the autumn of 1928. The mass will be at 8pm in Rathcormac church on January 23rd and an open invitation is extended to everyone in the parish of Rathcormac, Bartlemy and Kildinan. Since the club played its first game in the spring of 1929 there have been fantastic games and memories for those who have played with and supported Bride Rovers. A social will be held in the Rathcormac Inn after the mass at which the 2008 Minor Hurling medals will be presented. Tickets are just €10 each and a great night is assured.
