*** Club Development Plans ***

November 8, 2018

To meet the growing needs of an ever expanding club and community, Maynooth GAA Club embarked on a development plan to significantly improve the infrastructure of the club. The focus of Phase 1 of this development has been on our playing infrastructure. Once the redeveloped main pitch at Moyglare Hall opens, we will have seen the number of pitches increase from 2 to 7 giving us significant additional playing capacity.

As the development for Phase 1 comes to a close, the executive has turned its attention to the next phase of our development. Over the past few months we have worked with experienced sports facility architects – Demesne Architects – to develop a vision and plan for the next phase of our development.

A future vision and plan for our club is now ready to present to our members. Over the next two weeks the club will host a number of information evenings at the club where you will have an opportunity to hear about this development. This is an important opportunity to hear about the plan in advance of a Special General Meeting early in March, where members will vote on membership increases in 2018 to help kick-start the financing of the next phase of our development.
