Minor Hurling Championship
We recieved a W/O from Ferrybank this week. Our final game in the group stage is against Abbyside on 17th Sept at home in Tom Cheasty Park at 6.15pm.

 
Ballyduff Lower GAA Benefit Night at the Dogs

Thanks to everyone who supported the dog night in Kilcohan. It really was great club event and mighty craic. A special word to Paul Millea and the various groups who put a huge amount of time into the organisation. Our sponsores were great as always and well done to our novelty 3 legged race participants and the race winners Jimmy Cheasty and Eileen O'Leary.     

Junior Hurling Championship.

Our Junior hurling team lost the Eastern hurling semi final against Bunmahon on a scoreline of 1-08 to 0-08. Best of luck to Bunmahon in the final.
 

U8 and U9 Roanmore Tournament
The U9 team won all 3 games beating St Marys, Piltown, and Cois Brid. The U8 team lost to Ballygunner and Mount Sion (by just 1 goal) but recorded a great win over Midleton. Thanks to Roanmore for running this great day. We have some photos on our facebook page. We will be training up in the field every Monday from 6-7pm while the evenings are still bright before switching to AstroTurf for the winter months.
 
U14 Hurling
Our u14 had a good win the the quarter final of the county championship beating Cappoquin on a score of 2-20 to 6-02. 
 
Girls Football
Our Girls Football are looking for help from parents or anyone interested in girls football to come forward and get involved in some coaching or administration. It will require 1 ot 2 hours a week on average. It's an area that is very importatnt for the girls of Ballyduff and the surrounding area. Please contact Fiona if you can help on 0876596896.
