Preparations on track
The mens teams preparation for the upcomimg Mayo League season continued today at Courthouse St. when goals from Rory Gallagher (2) and Johny McNulty were enough to give them a 3-2 victory over Superleague side Snugboro Utd in a keenly fought friendly

Girls San Marino bound
Killala Fc will send an U19 ladies team to the prestigous San Marino Cup in San Marina which runs from 5th to 11th July 2010. The squad will include all of last years succesful U16 team and St.Patricks College U18 All Ireland team along with several of ladies squad. It will be just rewards for this group of players success over the last number of seasons.They are currently fundraising to help defray the cost of the venture so please support them if you can. There are also a number of places for supporters and parents still available so contact trip co-ordinator Peter McDonnell if you are interested.

Weekend fixtures
In the only match at the weekend, the mens team continue their preparations for the new season when they welcome Super league side Snugboro Utd. to Courthouse St. This Pre Season Friendly Kicks off on Sunday 21st at 2pm.

Mens fixtures released
Killala Mens team are handed an identical opening match as in 2009 when Urlaur Utd visit Courthouse St. Lets hope its not an identical result as the visitors nicked a late goal to give them the points in a 4-3 thriller. The League kicks off on April 11th and all the fixtures can be seen …….here.
