PREDICTION DRAW

Way pack in March the Senior panel ran a fundraising competition where you had to predict the winners of the four provincial football champions and also the outright All-Ireland winners.  Tricia Brady, John Twamley, Anthony Cronin, JP O’Reilly & Brendan Farrelly all found it too easy and win €200 each.  Congratulations to the winners and many thanks to all who both bought and sold tickets.

MATCHES IN PARK

This week sees the same two matches that were meant to be on last week re-scheduled in the park and they may well still be of interest.  On Friday night, Bailieboro and Killinkere replay their Junior C Championship Final at 8.15pm.  Tonight (Monday), the Cavan Masters take on their Kildare counterparts at 8pm.

Both matches should be very enjoyable although like most games are again liable to be called off at any moment, so keep an eye on for the floodlights as an indication as to whether there’s any action taking place.
