SENIORS

The Seniors played their final match of the season at the weekend and endured to heavy defeat to Redhills by 3-12 to 0-7.  With the Intermediate champions looking for avictory to ensure promotion, we were always under pressure and the visitors ran out easy winners.  A disappointing end of a disappointing season that saw us just retain Division 2 status by a solitary point.

LOTTO

After a long time, the club lotto was finally won last night, and with the bonus number also going, it was a very profitable night for Danny McCabe, of Woodside, New York.  Danny was the only one to have the number 9, 11, 23 & 25 to claim the €13,800 jackpot.  However, by also having 17 as the bonus, a further €5,000 was added to the total giving him a very nice €18,800.  Congratulations, Danny
