Munster Minor Hurling Championship
Waterford play Clare in the in the Quarter-Final on Wednesday April 9th at 6:30pm in Cusack Park Ennis. Ballyduff Lower's John Kennedy is involved and we wish John and the Waterford minors all the best.
 
U11 Hurling
Best of luck to our u11 hurlers who are playing the first round of the city league on Friday 11th in Tom Cheasty Park at 6.30. It's a tough opening game against a strong Na Gael team. 
Ballyduff GAA Club Lotto 
The draw took place on the 6th April in O'Donnachas with a Jackpot of €7,850. Numbers drawn were 15, 24, 26, 28. No winner. Lucky dip winners of €50 were John O'Donnell, Bridget Doyle and Jacqui O'Brien. Next draw takes place in the Sweep on 20th April. Jackpot will be €8,000.
 
Junior Football Championship
Junior Football played friday 4th. Ballyduff Lower 2-07 Roanmore 1-13. Our goal scores were Mairtin De Paor in the 1st half and a John O Leary penalty in the 2nd half after James Cuddihy was taken down. Marcus Millea was outstanding in the goal with 2 very good saves in the 2nd half. Cllr John O Leary, Michael (Junior) Power and Pat Power were looking after the team. Next game is against St Pauls in St Pauls Friday 11th April at 6.30.
 
Membership
Club membership is always welcome. Non playing membership is just €20 and were asking all our club supportes to become members of the GAA and support your local club. Pat Power and Paul Millea are membership officers or contact 0876888867.
 
Ballyduff Lower GAA Cycling Event
A date for your diary – Family cycling event for all the community takes place on the 24th May. This event will be local. The venue, route and details will be comfirmed soon. Keep any eye on our facebook page and club notes.
