Factor
An excellent ray of local talent took to the
stage on Saturday night for the Silverbridge X Factor.
With ten acts performing competition was very high and judges had a hard time
picking the final four acts to come back and sing, eventually after a lot of
deliberations the winner of Silverbridge X Factor
2008 was Miceal Moley. Miceal now goes forward to the final in the
Gala Night
Patrons attending our Gala night are asked to be seated by 7.15pm, there is a
long night’s entertainment ahead and the earlier we get going the more time to
enjoy the fabulous Jimmy Buckley.
Christy
Moore Concert
Only a few tickets left for the Christy Moore
Concert on Saturday 8th November any one looking tickets can contact
Eamon at the Resource centre on Tuesday night from

Pat Murphy Cup
On Saturday the 15th November we are running the
Pat Murphy Cup any player past or

Merchandise Shop
Christmas club is now opened. Our new stock of football bags, boot bags, rugby shirts and hoodies are now available. Opening times are Tuesday nights only from 7-9. Any enquiries ring Mary on 30868553 or Philomena at 30888800.
Meeting
There will be a Gala meeting on Tuesday 4th November at 9pm to finalize the details of the night.
Christmas
Party Night
The Christmas Party for Family Groups and small firms will be held in The Resource Centre on Friday 19th December. Full sit down dinner and then dancing to John Glenn all for 30 euro per head. This event is filling up rapidly so early booking is recommended.
Christmas Fayre
The annual Christmas Fayre will take place on Friday 14th November in the Resource Centre. Anyone wishing to take a stall please contact Marian Murphy at 30861045.
Badminton Club
Silverbridge Juvenile Badminton Club runs sessions in the Resource Centre at the following times. Monday 6.30 to 7.30 ages 7-10/beginners, Monday 7.30 to 8.45 ages 11 to 15. Saturday 2pm to 3pm ages 7-10/beginners and Saturday 3pm to 4.15 ages 11 to 15. Please attend the age group/standard Cost £1 or £1.50 plus membership. The adult club continues every Wednesday from 9pm to 11pm. Any queries contact Margaret Hughes Tel 30868822. Please note membership forms and membership fee must be paid immediately to ensure a place in the Club as places are filling up quickly.
Circuit Training
Circuit training continues on Monday and Thursday nights from 7.30 to 8.30pm one session only. .

General Meeting
Our AGM will take place on Sunday 30th November all members should now have received their nominee forms. All motions and nominations need to be signed otherwise they are invalid.
