Club website launched

November 8, 2018

GARRYMORE GAA Club launched a new state-of-the-art official website
over the weekend as part of the clubs ongoing development plan. The
address is www.garrymoregaa.ie and had long been a subject to debate
but was never considered or contemplated enough over recent years.
However, a new year brings new concepts and now Garrymore GAA Club
can rest shoulder to shoulder with other established GAA clubs who have
websites launched. Garrymore natives at home and abroad will now have
access to match results and reports, club news, match fixtures, club
pictures, club lotto results, club history and much more at their
fingertips every day, be they in Ballyhankeen or Ohio, USA. Club
officials stated at the official launch last weekend that this new
club development would be a very worthwhile venture and something that
is warmly welcomed by all the club supporters, past players and club
members around the world. The site will be updated every week, their
will be lots of interesting local GAA notes, Garrymore snippets and
GAA features on the site and the club hope that people will log on now
and keep in touch with the club wherever they might be. The site,
which is now up and running on the worldwide web has also interesting
news and pictures featuring on the clubs Bord na nOg, the Garrymore
Foroige club, drama group and the basketball club. A special part of
the website is surrounded on the weekly on-line club lotto draw which
people can now take part in week-in week-out all over the world. The
club encourage all members, ex-members and the community to play the
Garrymore GAA fundraising lotto on-line. The club also hope that we
can all work together to promote this lotto and help get back in touch
with all friends of the club who may now be living all over Ireland
and the world. Everyone’s continued support is much appreciated and
the club wishes everyone good luck in future draws. Other interesting
features on the website is a ‘comment line’ where
anything anyone wants to get of their chest, then here is their
chance, be it anything got to do with Garrymore GAA Club, off field
matters or football in general. Should be interesting to say the
least. This will be a great benefit to the local area and anyone who
wants anything published on the site, can just forward their
information or photographs to info@garrymoregaa.ie and it will be
published the following weekend. The website is simply designed, is
innovative, modern and very easy to use. So log on!
