Wednesday 13th October 2010 – Club Plan Review Workshop (8pm – 9.30pm)
Following on from the success of last years Club Planning Workshop when over 100 people attended and the subsequent publication of our 5 year Club Plan, we wish to invite you to another Planning Workshop to review the year gone by and the implementation of the plan to date. The annual review of the plan is very important as it allows us to measure our performance against the targets set and address any failings as required.
Furthermore as time goes on our priorities and strategy can change and we must allow for that change.
This is an opportunity for members to have their say on how different aspects of the club are operating. It will
run for an hour and a half and cover the following topics
Club Administration
Finance
Facilities
PR & Communications
A large part of the evening will be dedicated to Coaching & Games, Team performance and Coaching Standards.
