Clubhouse Development Takes one big step closer to completion

On Saturday last the Clubhouse Development Takes one big step closer to completion with the completion of the concrete floor in the multi-purpose room.. With 27 lads turning up for the shift at 7am it wasn’t long before the 20 cubic meters of screed was barrowed in and levelled by the more skilled tradesmen. Most of the skirmishes were minor as wheelbarrows operated by the ‘Molly Malones of Moycullen’ met head on at the entrance to the room. Locals, Outsiders, Builders, Bankers, CEO’s and Townies rubbed shoulders at the breakfast and with the grub eaten, all went back to their barrows or trowels and completed the floor in a record time. Fair play to all the help on the day and it wont be long before we have a clubhouse and facility at Bailedoite that the ‘GAA community’ can be proud of !
