Colmcille GFC Notes

November 8, 2018

Preparations are well under way for Lá Na gClub activities on the weekend of Sat 8th and Sun 9th May. As part of the weekend we will be holding a table quiz in the Glenview Lounge on Saturday 8th May with teams from each town land competing against each other. Full details of the table quiz and all the other events for the weekend will be available later. It promises to be a fantastic weekend of craic so be sure to be available on that weekend.

The new defibrillator has been installed in the park. This is a very important piece of equipment for the community so we ask everyone to treat it with respect. Anyone interested in taking part in defibrillator training and has not yet put their name forward can contact John Reilly on 085 7322857.

The new distribution plan for the lotto continues to be a huge success and we sincerely thank all those who have got involved so far. We encourage everyone to take part by filling in an envelope and dropping it into the collection points in shops and pubs. Alternatively anyone wishing to purchase a yearly lotto card can contact any member of the executive. The jackpot continues to grow so be sure to be in with a chance of winning.
