Coolaney/Mullinabreena GAA PRO Notes

November 8, 2018

Training for the Minor panel will take place on Sundays from 8pm to 9pm in St. Nathys Hall. From the 1st January 2013 all players up to Minor grade must wear mouth guard’s both at training and during matches. The decision on which type of mouth guard a player should obtain is a matter of personal preference. There is no doubt that custom fitted mouth guard’s offer the best fit and protection, but they are the most expensive option also. The stock and Boil & Bite options will suffice for compliance with the new rules, but only if the product carries the CE mark. Official Opro GAA / GPA stock mouth guard’s will be available for purchasing through your local retailers and Sports shops. The December Lotto draw took place recently and the numbers drawn were 1-2-14-20.There was no Jackpot winner, match three winners were Daragh Seevers, Michael Toolan, Mary & Owen Lee and Casey Finan. The Club lotto is now due for renewal and tickets are available from the usual sellers or any club officer. This is the main fundraiser for the year and covers the clubs day to day expenses including Insurance, Affiliation fees and Pitch maintenance.
