AGM Report:
A good attendance turned out for the club AGM on December 15th last. To begin, a minute silence was observed as a mark of respect for the late Paudi O’Sé. The minutes of the 2011 AGM were adopted and Secretary Leo Coleman gave his detailed report for the year covering all aspects of club business. Sympathy was extended to all those bereaved in the club in the past year. Treasurer Matthew Conlon gave a comprehensive financial report for 2011. Brendan Kivlehan followed with his chairman’s address in which he thanked all officers and coaches for all their work in 2012. He outlined the situation regarding park development stating that plans would be unveiled to members in January. A full list of officers and coaches for 2013 will be published in the new year.
St. Attractas:
Well done to the seven club players who won a Connacht senior b championship with St. Attractas last week. They are Stephen Barrett, Stephen Connolly, Pearse Gorman, Darren Coleman, Brendan Doddy, Eoin McDonagh and Colin Marren.
Lotto Results:
In the recent club lotto draw the numbers drawn: 15, 17, 25 and 29. There was no Jackpot winner. Congrats to Jimmy Conlon, Anthony McGowan, Killoran who share the monthly prize of €200. In the following draw the numbers drawn were 3, 8, 33 and 35. There was no Jackpot winner. Congrats to John & Nicola Marren and Paul O’Donnell who matched three numbers to share the monthly prize of €200. The Jackpot now stands at €6700. Thanks to all for your continued support.
