The Club are holding a fundraising table quiz in the Knock na Shee Inn, on Sunday night next at 9.30pm. All support welcome.

Our popular All Ireland Football final weekend draw continues. Superb prizes are again up for grabs in the return of this exciting giveaway. Tickets are €5 or 3 for €10 and are available from committee members, players and coaches.. We appeal to all supporters and members for your continued support. Thank you. 1st Prize: 2 Stand Tickets + 2 Nights B&B in The Ballsbridge Hotel. 2nd Prize: 2 Stand Tickets + 1 Night B&B in The Ballsbridge Hotel, 3rd Prize: €150. The draw for these prizes will take place on Sunday 15th September, at 9.30pm in the Knock Na shee Inn. U.8 and U.10 coaching continues in the park every Saturday at 10am, new players, boys and girls are always welcome.

Congratulations to the U.12 team and management on defeating Drumcliffe to win the B Shield, last Saturday in Markievicz park. Final score in the final was 0-15 to 0-10.The panel of players were: David Barrett, Cathal Davey, James Gannon, Kevin Gorman, James Kilcoyne, Brian Marren, Ryan McCauley, Cillian Middleton, Shane Tuohy, Joseph Connolly, Sean Doyle, Kieran Gorman, Luke Mahon, Conor Matthews, Oisin McDermott, Michael O’Dowd, Caine Walker.

The U.14 team defeated Coolera 3-27 to 1-8, they play Ballymote next in Corran park, on Friday evening at 7pm.

The U.16 team lost to Eastern Harps 1-13 to 4-7. They will play Eastern Harps again in the championship semi final. Fixture TBA. The Minor team will play St. Molaise Gaels, on Thursday evening at 7pm, in Grange.

Our senior team play the senior relegation play off against Bunnanadden this Sunday, throw in 2pm in Tubbercurry.

Lotto Draws- June draw numbers , 4, 7, 11 ,35. No Winner, match 3 winners were Martin Coffey, Barry Kivlehan, David Gormally, Johnny and Pauline Finan. July draw numbers, 4, 27, 34, 35. No Winner, match 3 winner was Tomas McBrien.

Our annual club newsletter was handed out at both parish masses at the weekend. Editions can be picked up at local shops in the area. It will be up on our webpage during the coming week. Thanks again to Jeff Kay, Achonry for his expertise.
