Our minors suffered a rare setback today in what has been a fine season. They will feel that they were not at their best today, but still kept going until the end. The game could have gone differently had Urhan rather than Garnish converted their goal chances.
In truth, though, Garnish were slightly better on the day and deserved their win, and our congratulations go to them. Urhan’s season does not end, however, as they will be playing in the County League next weekend.
Hard luck today, lads. We look forward to next weekend.
