Elphin GAA CLUB NOTES 16th Oct 2017

Juniors defeated:

Commiserations to the Junior B Championship team who were defeated on a scoreline of 0-9 to 1-14 by an experienced Kilbride side in the County Semi-Final. The Club thanks the players and Management for their efforts throughout the season.

Elphin-Ballinameen Underage Update

Congratulations to the Elphin-Ballinameen Minors who qualified for the IQ Financial Division 2 Final thanks to a 5-7 to 1-5 win over Kilmore-Shannon Gaels. They will face Tulsk in the Final on Saturday at 4pm in Kiltoom (Note Venue Change). Your support would be appreciated.

Commiserations to the U13s on their defeat to Strokestown in the Féile competition and to the U12s on their defeat to Padraig Pearses in the Shield Final. Although that concludes their competitive action it is hoped to organise a “Parish League” with four teams comprised U14, U13 and U12 players.

Elphin GAA Minor Committee

The annual underage review meeting will be held in the Clubroom on Friday November 3rd at 8pm and all Coaches and parents are encouraged to attend.

Elphin-Kilmore LFGA Update

Well done to the Elphin-Kilmore U14 Ladies on their win over St Dominics and best of luck to them away to Éire Óg in their Semi-Final on Saturday at 12pm.

The Elphin-Kilmore Minor Ladies defeated Castlerea and remain unbeaten. They are away to Éire Óg this Sunday, time TBC.

Elphin GAA Lotto

There was no winner of Saturday’s Club Lotto Jackpot, the numbers drawn were 7, 15, 22 and 28. The Lucky Dip winners of €25 were Aidan Brady, Galway; Seán Boland, Kilmore; James Gormley, Creeve; David & Celine Enright, Scurmore. The Jackpot now stands at €3,400. Entry is just €2 and Envelopes are available in local shops or you can play now here.

AIB Insurance Offer

Scór na nÓg Season
