The Juniors begin their Division Four League campaign away (Note change) to Roscommon Gaels B on Sunday at 2:30pm. The Minors received a bye in the first round of the League and the Under 16s take on Castlerea St. Kevins in the Division Three League at 3:30pm on Sunday in Castlerea (Note change of time).
The Club will host a Registration event this Saturday, February 14th in the Community Centre from 10:30am to 11:30am and the Membership rates are as follows: Family (Adults and all School-going children) €100, Adult Player €50, Third Level Player €30, Underage player €20 and non-playing Adult €30.
A reminder that all Coaches must complete a Foundation Level Coaching Course. The theory elements of the Course can be taken on-line during the month of February, with the practical session being held at a later date – email onlinecoaching@gaaroscommon.ie to register. A Classroom based course takes place in Roscommon Community College on Friday 20th February at 7:30pm with the practical session taking place at the same venue on the following morning at 10am. Anyone interested in attending is asked to contact Iggy Geraghty.
The next phase of the ABC (Agility, Balance, Co-ordination) Nursery programme will begin in the Community Center this Saturday February 14th from 10:30am to 11:30am. It is open to all children from ages 5 to 7 and parents are asked to attend this first session.
