The golf outing to raise funds for the club took place on Friday the 22nd. It was a great success and many thanks to all who took part and who sponsored the event. A special thanks to Ven Naughton and his Company VNE Logistics who were the main sponsors on the day.
The event was won by Finbarr O Mahony with agreat score of 40 points playing off a handicap of 10. He just pipped Johnny Mc Grath Jnr. on a count back. Johnny won the first class prise on 40 points playing off 18. Mark Leonard won the second class with 37 points playing off 19. Gerry Donnelly won the 3rd class with 38 points playing off 25. Nearest the pin was won by Paddy Maguire and the Longest drive was won by Paul Farrell.
