GAA President Visits Edenderry

November 8, 2018

Last Wednesday, GAA President Christy Cooney and GAA Director of Communications Lisa Clancy visited Edenderry GAA as part of the Ag Éisteacht programme.

The purpose of the Ag Éisteacht programme was to provide Club members with access to the senior officers of the Association so that they could share their opinions, hopes and aspirations on any area or aspect of the association, with the leadership of CLG.

Christy and Lisa met with members of the Club Executive, members of Bord Na nOg, members of the Ladies Committee, past players, and former Edenderry manager and official Paul O’Kelly, who played a major role in the development of ‘The GAA Strategic Vision and Action Plan’.

There will be a full summary of the discussions in the coming weeks.
