Despite being only recently formed the Edenderry Gaelic4Mothers team travelled to Naomh Mearnog in Portmarnock on Saturday last to take part in an All Ireland Blitz.
Putting inexperience aside the Ladies performed really well and won 4 out of 4 games in their section of the blitz.
A really enjoyable day was had by all involved.
if you would like to join this group of mothers, training takes place at 7pm each Tuesday evening in Edenderry GAA. This is a non-competitve training for all women who have never played Gaelic Football before and is played in a friendly and jovial atmosphere.
