The Dublin County Board has decided that every club that participated in Scor this year is entitled to nominate 2 juvenile members to receive a grant from the County Board to help defray the cost of going to the Gaelteacht this summer.
The grant will be in the amount of €125 each (provisionally) and will be disbursed upon the recipients return from the Gaelteacht. The Oifigeach na Gaeilge Atha Cliath will interview all our applicants (if more than two) and she will determine our two nominees. If there are two or less then they are nominated automatically.
Accordingly, if your son or daughter plays for the club and is going to the Gaelteacht this summer and you wish them to be considered for the grants please contact me as soon as possible as the closing date is 30th April.
