Girls under 10 football

It was a disappointing weekend for our U10 girls who lost out to O’Tooles in the  Div 2 championship final. Despite this defeat they have had a great season and should be proud of all their efforts.Naomh Olaf’s U13 footballers had a great 3-9 to 1-4 victory over Naomh Barrog in the semi-final of the C shield championship on Saturday. Well done to the team and the mentors (match report below). Elsewhere in a weekend ruined by the weather our minor footballers defeated Ballyboden St Enda 4-6 to 2-6 to reach the quarter finals of the C championship while our Senior Hurlers lost out to Na Fianna. Our Senior Footballers are in home action on Sunday at 2.30 against BSJ in an important league match. All support will be greatly appreciated by the team and its mentors.
