Girls win the league

Congratulations to the U11 Girls footballers who won Division 2 of their league on Saturday. Although they received a walkover for this last match to tie up the league, this team has won all the league games that they have played this year. This success follows on from their win in last years u10 championship shield and the club looks forward to this panel going forward next year to Division 1. They are not finished for this year though as they will be competing in the championship in September. Well doen to Orna Murray, Orla Hegarty and all the girls on the panel.
