Our Junior hurlers played Rockwell Rovers last Saturday evening in the Intermediate Hurling League in New Inn. The game was played in terrible conditions and probably should not have been played at all considering the state of the pitch. A goal from Niall Keane helped us to a half time lead of 1-5 to 6 points. The second half was a scrappy affair but we limited Rockwell to only a single point in the second half and won on a scoreline of 1-10 to 7 points.
