Juniors lose entertaining game. Mayo Gaels 2-11 Shrule/Glencorrib 2-16
Our junior team lost an entertaining game against fellow South Mayo men Shrule/Glencorrib in Abbey Park on Sunday morning. The away side lead 2-4 to 1-10 at half time and after a tight second half they won on a final score line of Mayo Gaels 2-11 Shrule/Glencorrib 2-16. The Gaels goals coming from Alan Prendergast and PJ Larkin. The next game is next Saturday away to Tourmakeady at 6:30pm.
