KNOCKAVILLA COMMUNITY COUNCIL NOTES.

Quiz.

The Annual primary schools table quiz will this year take place in the Community Hall Knockavilla on friday night February 24th at 7.30pm. As with previous years, the two categories will be pupils from 3rd and 4th class which will compete for the Community Council shield, while pupils from 5th and 6th class will compete for the Michael Breen perpetual trophy.
This table quiz has attracted a huge amount of entrants from all the schools in the area, and it goes from strength to strength in it`s popularity. We look forward to the usual strong support from our local schools, and the committee would encourage parents to ensure their children have their teams sorted before the night. Teams of 4 is still only 12 euro.
Refreshments will be available to any parents who wish to remain in the hall while the quiz goes ahead.
