We want  your cakes!
And other lovely stuff too….please! Seriously though as with all fundraising it is the volunteers that make  it a success and we are once again asking you for your support, but this time its your baking skills that are required and we hope that you can see your way to contributing something  from  the list below to the Cake sale in the Scout hall on Sunday the 28th .
Bread’s, cake’s, bun’s, scone’s, flan’s, swiss roll’s, tart’s, pavlova’s (I love em!) or anything that you feel you can bake please contact Lizzy on 087-6283316, Helen on 087-9046671 or Marie on 062-71700.

Bric a brac needed.

As with all fundraising it is the volunteers that make it a success and we are  once again asking for your support. We would greatly welcome any unwanted gift’s, book’s,  bric a brac, confectionary, drink’s, shrub’s, furniture etc and all will be gratefully accepted for the Wheel of Fortune and the various stall sale’s. The club rooms in Pairc Ui Ciocam will be open to accept you  gifts on Saturday the 20th  November  from 11.00am to 1.00 pm  and Saturday the 27th  in the Scout Hall from 11.00am to 2.00pm and again from 6.00pm to 9.00pm. Club Raffle.
The club have launched a raffle which will be concluded in time to have the winners revealed on the evening of the Family day/Sale of work on the 28th. There are great prizes including 1st A years membership to Dundrum House hotel Leisure Club (value 550 euro), 2nd Shopping voucher for Butlers Centra Dundrum (value 200 euro), 3rd 4 rounds of golf at Co Tipperary Golf and Country club (Value 160 euro), 4th Dinner for two at Inch House (Value 110 euro). Tickets at 5 euro each are available in all local shops and from club members. Your support would be greatly appreciated.


Timber sale

Kickhams GAA club will hold a  Firewood auction on Sunday the 28th of November in Pairc Ui Ciocaim Dundrum beginning at 1.30pm. We are asking landowners or anyone with access to firewood to donate same to the club. We are also willing to go to lands and cut up any firewood that is made available. Family day/Sale of work

To celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of the club a fun family day is being organised for Sunday the 28th of November in The Scout Centre Dundrum. Many events are planned for the day including bouncy Castles, blitz, face painting, Pony rides, fancy dress, Puc fada, cross bar challenge to name but a few. There will also be a wheel of fortune and a cake sale and club gear will also be on sale, orders will be taken for Christmas. so a great day will be had by all.All involved in the club are asked to come on board to make this a very successful day.

Hospital raffle.

A special raffle will be held on the day for club funds and for Our Lady’s Hospital for sick children Crumlin

Meeting.

A meeting to finalise all of the above will be held in the Club rooms on Tuesday night next at 8.15pm and all are welcome.

Card nights .
The card nights at the old courthouse are proving a great success and are continuing every Tuesday night from 7.30.

Tidy Towns.
Dundrum Tidy Towns volunteers are hard at work over the Winter months and we would ask you to consider getting involved. We meet every
Saturday from 11.00am to 1.00pm across from the Golden Vale and any extra help would be greatly appreciated. We are holding a fundraising
night in the Venue on the 4th of December. More details next week.
