SENIOR HURLING.
Hard luck to our senior hurlers who were beaten by Roscrea in Templemore on Sunday evening last. They had looked very strong in the first half as
aided by the wind they built up a good lead at the break. The north lads did equally as well with the aid of the elements and as our lads struggled
to take scores at vital times Roscrea edged ahead to win on the night. Our season of senior hurling is now over and we thank the management and
players for their efforts for the past few months.
JUNIOR HURLING.
Our junior hurlers had a good win over Clonoulty Rossmore on Saturday evening last well done to all concerned.

Congratulation to Monsignor Willie Slattery P.P. of Gloucester, who celebrated 25 years ordained a priest last week. His parishioners in Gloucester
celebrated the occasion with a special mass of thanksgiving followed by a parish reception held in the local community hall, which was attended by
members of his family.
