We lost to stradbally in the first round the score was 1.9 to 9pts.

The Tesco vouchers for clubs is now over so Please hand in any
vouchers that you may have to Kevin
Lonergan by next weekend.

JUVENILE NOTES
Training for both boys and girls at the usual time of 7pm this Friday
night 27th May.   New members are always welcome just let yourselves
be known to any of the officer’s or mentors and we will make sure you
are looked after.  Our under 11’s were in action in the continuing
Waterford City League (Hurling) at home to Naomh Pol last friday
night,well done boys keep it up. A great evening of Hurling was had by
all and our players did us proud, well done boys.  They also played in
a Football blitz on Monday 23rd in Ballyduff Lower.  Our under 9
footballers took part in the GDA blitz in Ballyduff Lower on Wednesday
evening last the 18th of May   Our under 12’s are in action against
Naomh Pol away on Friday night 27th at 6.30 please meet at 6pm sharp
at Veales Supermarket and if you cannot make it please let the mentors
know in advance.  Our Under 14 Hurlers played Stradbally on monday
evening at home.
Once again for anyone who still has to pay membership please do so at
your earliest convenience.   Kilrossanty Cul Camp will take place on
the week beginning 26th July.  Application Forms have been handed out
in both schools Kilrossanty and Fews, alternatively applications can
be made on line – just go to www.culcamps.ie .   Please remember to
hand back forms and money before the end of May and it will allow us
to hand out your kits at the end of June.

U16 HURLING
Well done to our 16 hurlers who won the under 16 county final on Sat
evening last in Walsh Park against Stradbally, the conditions were not
great but great effort and determination won out in the end for
Kilrossanty.

MONUMENT
A monument to commemorate Ned Power was unvailed last Sunday evening
in Tallow. Ned played a big part in our Senior football winning teams
of the 1980s as a coach with Jimmy Power.
