Hurling is Back!
Kinvara senior and junior hurlers had a good workout in the pitch last Saturday. The few spectators who turned up were highly entertained to a full match of 15 aside with a couple of subs each.
It was great to see a full blown match played with intensity in only the second week in February. Manager Derek Smith was the man in the middle with the whistle, but judging by his hoarsness yesterday, I’d say he was doing more shouting than whistling!
