The senior ladies rebounded after their defeat v Malin last week to enjoy an excellent victory over Red Hugh’s in sweltering hot weather conditions. Excellent performances were had from Ethna Cranwell, Stephani Bonar, Lydia Fowley and Catherine Mailey. Training continues on Wednesday this week at the earlier time of 6.30pm. We are at home v St. Naul’s in the preliminary round of the championship on June 28th. The first round is on 12th July with the semi-final 8th August and the final on 23rd August.

 

The under 14’s captained by Nadia Mc Gee were narrowly defeated by Red Hugh’s in Killygordon on Thursday night. Niamh Woods, Rachael Friel and Sarah Allan were impressive for St. Marys in what was an overall good team performance. The next game is away to St. Eunan’s on Thursday. Players are asked to meet at pitch at 5.15 for bus please. Congratulations to Grace Doherty and Annie Rose Quinn who represented the club on the county under 14 team who defeated Monaghan in Convoy on Saturday last to become Ulster Champions.
