The senior ladies enjoyed a victory of 3 8 to 2 3 in a very sporting game against a strong Red Hughs side on Sunday last. Lauren Quinn on her return form injury was outstanding and was ably supported by Aoife Mc Laughlin. Gabrielle “the cat” Gallagher also made some outstanding saves when called upon. Scorers: Aoife Mc Laughlin (1 0), Gemma Mc Glinchey (0 2), Stephani Bonar (1 4), Niamh Mailey (0 2) and Evelyn Harris (1 0). Training continues on Wednesday evening at 7pm and Sundays at 12.30. New players welcome. The club wishes Ciara Foy a speedy recovery having recently sustained an injury at training. Under 14 and under 16 girls training continues on Saturdays at the new time of 12.15.
