Munster U8/10 blitz.
Our under 8's and 10's travelled over an hour away to Ballyduff Upper in Waterford for a Munster blitz. Under 8's were coached and led out by Catriona Boland. They were very successful in their quest against Ballymac and Brian Borus. Well done to Ailish Ryan, Mia Dannagher, Sarah Boland, Raghnait Morrissey, Emily Fox, Faye Noonan, Erin Moroney, Lucy O'Brien and Anna O'Dwyer.
Under 10's were coached and led out by Tracey Carroll and Annmarie Ryan. The girls played 3 matches against Gaultier, Ballymac and Brian Borus. Players were, Aoife O'Brien, Clodagh Foley, Niamh Boland, Isobel Maher, Keelin Ryan, Karol Ryan, Laura Murphy and Sophie O'Brien. Both teams on Saturday showed great skill, determination and great team work. They played their hearts out in each game and did St.Patrick's very proud. They were a credit to their coaches and parents. Thanks to all the parents who came to help and support. Well done to everyone.
On Thursday evening our Under 10's weree in action again in Ballyneale. They played some outstanding football in the final leg of the local blitz. The girls worked hard and took their points when needed and got goals when necessary. They beat Slievenamon and Mullinahone. Well done to one and all.
