Under 6, 8 and 10's

Our younger girls started back training last Monday night with the training session having to be cut short due to the rain, so hoping for better weather conditions for future training sessions on Monday evenings at 7pm in Drangan Field.  All previous players and new girls at these age groups are welcome to come along and join in.

Under 12's

Under 12 football training has now moved outdoors to Anner Park in Cloneen on  Saturday morning's at 11.15am.  The under 12 championship will be commencing in the coming weeks, so all girls at this age group are encouraged to come out to training.

Under 14's

Best wishes to the under 14 team who have been entered into the county Féile Peile na nOg playoffs which will take place on Easter Monday the 17th of April.   St. Patrick's have been pooled in Group Three and will play against Galtee Rovers and Moyne Templetuohy.  First game is against Galtee Rovers at 10am and the venue is now Clogheen. Good luck girls and management team of Una O'Brien, Helen Hogan and Eamonn Murphy.

Under 16's

The under 16 team will play their 3rd round championship game at home to Ardfinnan on Wednesday the 19th of April at 7pm in Anner Park in Cloneen.  A win in this game is essential, if our u16's are to be in with a chance of competing in the C Cup playoffs.

Junior Ladies

The junior ladies team opening round Junior C championship match against Emly unfortunately wasn't played, as we hadn't numbers to field a team.  The game will now be rescheduled, with the next game a home fixture against Silvermines in the coming weeks.  All players from under 16 and upwards are encouraged to come out to these training sessions.

Gaelic for Others

Our Gaelic for Others ladies continue their training sessions on Monday nights at 8.30pm in Drangan Hall. All new players welcome!

Well done

Well done to our minor and junior goalkeeper Sadhbh Morrissey who was part of the winning Tipperary minor team, who beat Limerick in the Munster LGFA Minor B championship at the weekend.  A number of our under 14 players: Jessica Strappe, Eabha Hogan and  Dearbhla Morrissey were on the loosing side in the Munster LGFA under 14 A championship team who played Kerry on Saturday past.  Their attentions turn now to the Munster semi final against Cork on Saturday the 22nd of April.
