Well done to all the girls that took part and who enjoyed a great day out and gained invaluable experience against teams from a range of counties. A huge thanks to all the parents who travelled by bus and by car and for their support and help on the day.
Under 12’s
Our under 12 girls have had a busy few weeks with two games in the county u12 league competition in recent weeks. On Wednesday the 31st we played near neighbours Fethard in Fethard. The next round league match was a home game against Clerihan. Due to alot of girls away on holidays and not available, this ended up be played as an eight a side match. This was a very enjoyable game, with only a goal in it at half time. St. Patrick’s 1.2 to Clerihan 2.2, however Clerihan strove on in the second half and came out winning by 4.5 to St. Patrick’s 2.3. Team on the evening was: Andrea Brett, Aoife Horan, Olivia Noonan, Orlaith O’Hanlon (0.1) and Aine Ryan, Chloe Healy, Ciara O’Halloran and Eimear Boland (2.2).
