Intermediate Hurling: Lorrha 5-28 Carrick Davins 0-4
Lorrha are through to the county semi-finals after very comfortable win in Boherlahan on Saturday afternoon. See Full Match report.
Four goals in the first fifteen minutes killed off the match as a contest and by half time, Lorrha were 5-16 to 0-2 to the good. Five subs were used in the second half but it did not stop Lorrha from adding points at will.
Team: Kevin Hough; Jack Maher, Tony Hogan, Tadhg Nevin; Ciaran Haugh, Stephen Hogan, Kevin Maher; Rory Coen, Michael O’Meara; Michael Cleary, Noel Hogan, Patrick Maher; Colm Duggan, Brendan Coen, Ronan O’Meara. Subs used: Barry Moran, Enda Moran, James Dunne, Graham Houlihan, Garrett O’Meara.
After the game, Lorrha were drawn to play Galtee Rovers in the County semi-final and this game in expected to take place on Sunday next. Check fixtures for venue and time.

Under 21: Lorrha will play Burgess in the North semi-final following the draw last week. This game will be played at the next available weekend.

Minor Football: Lorrha 0-9 Nenagh Eire Og 2-2
Lorrha won the North Minor A Football title for the first time in their history with a deserved win over Nenagh in Puckane on Tuesday night.

Final DVD: Anyone who wishes to get a copy of the final can do so by ordering from secretary Shane Brophy by Sunday night next.

Jackets: The Club will be taking orders on the new range of club rain jackets. The final date for orders will be this Sunday, 14 October with names and sizes to be given to Shane Brophy.

Sponsorship: With our Intermediate and Under 21 Hurling and Minor Football teams still in their respective championships, anyone wishing to sponsor any of our teams for the remaining games can do so by contacting any committee member. All sponsorships will be acknowledged.

Lotto: A new lottery ticket of the Lorrha GAA lotto will be coming on stream in the next couple of weeks. The new ticket will contain three boxes with numbers ranging from 1 to 30. Each player can play one box for €2, two boxes for €4 or three boxes for €5.
The lotto draws in future will take place on Monday night with all lotto promoters to have their tickets left at the collection points on a Sunday night.

Old Time Dancing: Our Old Time Dancing continues in the GAA Clubhouse on Friday night to the music of Kieran Fogarty. Dancing 9.30pm to 12.30am.
