Lorrha GAA News for 13 January

Adjourned AGM: The Adjourned Annual General Meeting of Lorrha GAA Club took place last night, Tuesday. Report next week.

Auction: Our annual Auction has been fixed for Sunday 4th February. Timber cutting has begun. All help would be appreciated.

Medal Presentation: The Under 21, Junior, under 12 and under 11 hurlers will receive their North & County medals for 2017 at a presentation night in Moatfield on Saturday 10th February. More details in the coming weeks.

Tipperary Clubs Draw: Well done to Agnes Sherlock who won €200 in the January Draw held last Friday. Thank you for your continued support.

Tipperary Challenge: The Tipperary senior hurlers will play Galway senior club champions Liam Mellows in a challenge game in Moatfield this Saturday 13th January at 2.00pm. Entry is free but the club will be promoting the club lotto on the gate and would ask for your support. Help will be required for parking on the day. Your support would be appreciated.

Refereeing: A foundation course, organised by Tipperary County Board for new referees, will take place over four nights in February. Please contact North Referees Coordinator Philip Kelly for further info 0872863683.

Lotto: Alice Kelly, Kiladangan, was the winner of last weeks lotto jackpot of €4500. The winning promoter was Margaret Gleeson. The lucky numbers were: 4 – 8 – 12 -26.
