Gym Open Times: Our fully equipped gym is open on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s from 7.00-9.00pm.

Senior: Our seniors recorded a 6-15 to 1-10 win over Borrisokane in Borrisokane on Sunday evening. The win should see us into a semi-final. There is no senior game this weekend.

Junior: The Junior’s suffered a 4-15 to 1-13 defeat to Toomevara in Puckane on Saturday evening. Lorrha played well in the first half and lead at half time but failed to perform after the break. This Sunday in Borrisokane @ 7pm, we play Kilruane in a crucial game where we need a win to remain in the hunt for the quarter finals.

Minor Hurling: The minors open their championship campaign against Nenagh Éire Óg in Borrisokane on Thursday, 20 June @ 7.30pm.

U16: The Under 16’s begin their championship against Kildangan in Moatfield on Monday next, 4 July @ 7.00pm.

U14: Despite an improved performance, the U14’s were defeated 5-13 to 5-5 by Borrisokane in Borrisokane last week. This Wednesday (29 June) we play Kildangan in Moatfield @ 7pm with Lorrha travelling to Ballina the following week.

Premier 12’s: The U12’s had a good win over Roscrea in Roscrea last week.

U8: Well done to the Under 8’s who performed very well in a Go Games Blitz in Ballinderry last Saturday.

Munster Final Tickets: Tickets for the Munster Final must be ordered from Shane Brophy by Monday, July 4th. Covered Stand – €35; Uncovered Stand – €30; Terrace – €15 (special club rate); Family Tickets are also available at €35/€30 for adults; €5 for juveniles.

Best of luck: to the Tipperary minor footballers in the Munster Final this Sunday.

Cúl Camp: The Lorrha Vhi Cul Camp will be held between 18-22 July. Application forms have circulated in the schools. Prices are; €55 for first child; €45 for second and €35 for each subsequent child. Club contact is Louise Mannion 087-6598387 or Sean Mannion 087-9155676.

Super Camp: A Super Camp for 13-16 year olds, both boys and girls will be held in Dolla between 3-5 August. The cost of the camp is €40 but places are limited to 12 per club. Contact Louise Mannion 087-6598387.

Old Time Dancing: continues on Friday night to the music of Pat & Richie. Dancing 9.30pm to 12.30am.

Sympathy: Lorrha GAA Club would like to sympathise with the O’Meara family on the death of Carmel O’Meara, Curraghagloss who died over the weekend. May she rest in peace.
The club would also like to sympathise with the family of Paul Hynes who died last week. May he rest in peace.
