Lorrha GAA News for 25 October

U/21: The Under 21 ‘A’ Championship semi-final with Templederry will take place this Sunday, 26 October in Cloughjordan at 3pm. Best of Luck to the players and mentors.
Tipperary: The club would like to wish Ken Hogan the best of luck after being appointed as selector for the Tipp Under 21 team for 2009.
Sponsorship: The Club would like to thank Morgan Claffey for sponsoring gear bags for our Under 14 and Under 16 teams and also a defibrillator, which will be located on the club grounds.
Jerseys: There are still some of the new jerseys available but stocks are running out fast. Polo-shirts, juvenile jackets, shorts and socks are also available while stocks last. All can be purchased from Shane Brophy.
Newsletter: The third edition of our tri-monthly newsletter is now available throughout the parish. It contains new on all aspects of the club.
AGM: With the date of the Annual General Meeting approaching, the accounts will be prepared, so any outstanding money owed to club or outstanding bills are to contact treasurer William Harding in the next few weeks.
Lotto: The numbers drawn on 14 October were: 8 - 13 – 27 – 30. No Winner.
The Lucky Dips were: Adam & Richard O’Riordan, Patrick Maher, Philip McGrath, Noel Hogan and Ciarán Young. The Winning Promoters were: Margaret Gleeson, Eamonn Maher and Louis McCormack.

All lotto draws now take place in the GAA Clubhouse. The draw takes place between 9.30 and 10pm and all are welcome to attend.
Old Time Dancing: Our Old Time Dancing continues in the GAA Clubhouse on Friday night to the music of Paddy Blanche. Dancing 9.30pm to 12.30am.
