Lucan Sarsfields Club Notes Monday 3rd June 2013

November 8, 2018

Well done to everyone who participated in our annual Street Leagues last Tuesday and Friday. We had 251 boys and girls born in 2004, 2005 and 2006 enjoying playing football, hurling and camogie.

There will be a Feile fundraising quiz to support our U-14 Camogie team who travel to Limerick to represent Dublin in the division 1 All-Ireland Feile.

The quiz will take place in the clubhouse bar this Friday 7th June at 9pm with quizmasters Robbie Breen and Frank Fleming. The final game of the Club’s 25 Card Drive for the 2012/2013 season took place on Friday night 17th May 2013 with an accumulator of €500. Congratulations to overall winner Tony Rigney who finished with a magnificent total of 61 games over 29 weeks of play and to John O’Mahony & Eugene McGarrell who finished joint 2nd on a total of 59 games. Many thanks to all 29 players, who competed over the season, for their support of this Club event – we would love to see more players joining in next October when play resumes. Contact Bill Ryan 086-8500376 for information.

You can now register online for our summer camps at www.lucansarsfields.ie.
