Well done to our U-14 ladies football team on winning their league on Tuesday night last. Well done also to our U-14 Camogie team on winning All – Ireland Bronze in the Community Games.Our nurseries now take place every Saturday on our All Weather Pitch at our clubhouse grounds at The 12th Lock. Football and Hurling for boys born in 2006, 2007 and 2008 1:30pm to 3pm. Football for girls born in 2005,2006,2007 and 2008 1:30pm to 2:30pm and Camogie for girls aged 6 and over 2:30 to 3:30. Our Under 15 B footballers play St Vincents in their 1st ever league semi-final after10 years on the road this tuesday 4th Sept @ 6.45pm in St Vincents and would greatly appreciate all the support they can get. Our Social Initiative Group are planning a trip to the beautiful Inis Oirr the smallest of the Aran Islands on Tuesday 11th September. Train leaving Dublin for Galway at 11:30am, feeder bus to Ros a Mhil from Eyre Sq and ferry arriving Inis Oirr 7pm. No charge for any travel if you have free travel. We are inviting local businesses and traders to get involved in sponsoring the Lotto, as a very good way to promote their business while also supporting the Club. Rates range from €60 for 1 week up to €200 for 6 weeks.
