LUCAN SARSFIELDS’ CLUB NOTES MONDAY SEPTEMBER 9th 2013

November 8, 2018

After the summer break our U-8 Camogie girls were back in action against 3 strong Na Fianna teams who had beaten us already at home in May. This time around our girls looked the better for the break plus the Cul camps done them a wonder as the won all nine games played.
We have a great group of girls here willing to listen and put in the hard work that’s needed, so the future looks bright.

Our U9 Footballers played home and away in our first games since June. Our Two Team group were at home to St. Mary’s Saggart and played some excellent football with passing and scoring their way to a win and a draw against a well marshalled St. Mary’s. Our Three Team group play away to Ballyboden St. Endas ending up on the winning side on two out of three games. As was the case in the 12th Lock great defence led to some excellent scoring on the other end. Keep it up lads!!
